30-Day Returns
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If the Cooling Mat is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
